Who runs this

Punch Science is run by Haytem Mouad, Casablanca, Morocco. Questions about your data: [email protected].

What I collect

• Your email address, when you sign up for the 7-Day Punch Fix.
• What my email service records about that signup and the emails: the signup and confirmation time, the IP address used, and whether emails are opened or links clicked.
• Visit statistics from Google Analytics: pages viewed, device type, rough location and where you came from. In the UK, the EU and Switzerland it runs without analytics cookies. No advertising trackers run on this site.

Why

To send you the plan and the emails you agreed to when you signed up: a few training emails over two weeks (one about the $9 timer pack) and emails about the 30-day program when it opens. The legal basis is your consent, and you can withdraw it at any time.

Who handles it

• MailerLite sends the emails and stores the list.
• Cloudflare hosts this website.
• Google Analytics counts visits (see above).
• Gumroad handles payment if you buy something; it has its own privacy policy.

I never sell your email or share it with anyone else.

How long

Until you unsubscribe or ask me to delete it. After a deletion request, your email is removed from the list within 30 days.

Your choices

Every email has an unsubscribe link. You can also email me to see, correct or delete what I hold about you. If you're in the UK or the EU, you can complain to your local data protection authority.

Kids

This plan isn't for children under 13, and I don't knowingly collect their emails. If you think a child signed up, email me and I'll delete it.
